2. About MOYAS
This site is operated by TOCA INVERSIONES Y SERVICIOS S.A.C (RUC 20450475719), headquartered at Jr.Huallaga 160 Interior 401, Lima, Perú.
3. Reservations
Bookings are requested through the form at /reservar. Every request is manually confirmed by our team — you'll receive a confirmation email once approved. Until then, the reservation is pending and not guaranteed.
4. Cancellations
- Cancel or modify free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation at contacto@moyas.pe.
- Parties of 10+ may be asked for a 50% deposit, credited toward the final bill.
- Repeated no-shows without notice may limit future bookings through this channel.
5. Use of the site
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Do not impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to breach security or scrape the site abusively.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The MOYAS name, logo, photography, copy, and site design are proprietary. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Promotions
Promotions listed at /promociones have specific conditions (dates, max redemptions, applicable experiences). Using a code implies accepting those conditions.
8. Liability
We make our best effort to keep information accurate and service reliable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted site availability. In-person service follows Peruvian food safety regulations — please let us know about allergies when booking.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The published version is authoritative.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Lima.
